What was he doing, chasing his girl? How is he doing?

It has been a hard day ... and it is not over yet ...

woke up with a phone call from my son ... who ... is just down stairs ... telling me that the bunnies were fighting and he could not get to them ... his foot hurt ...

not knowing it was hurt that bad or that a hawk was after the bunnies ... I woke up and called my hubby ... and walked to where the bunnies were ... only to find a hawk was attacking them ... scared it away ... and got off the phone with hubby ... went to find out why the kid could not get up off his lazy butt to check on the bunnies ...

only to find out he could not walk at all ... called hubby back ... and now trying to figure out how to get this 6'4" , 380 lb kid up the stairs and to the doctor ...

so all in all dealing with the dead bunny ... trying to get the kid to the doctor ... trying to protect the one bunny that is alive ... and deal with a kid with a broken foot all day ... and all the phone calls to Mom, SU, and three different Doctor's, his Mental Health Councilor, Health care professional, etc. and then to get food and drink and meds in him ...

bury a bunny .... and what ever else ... it is time for me to try to get myself some sleep ... I hope the med he takes will knock him out so he will sleep ... and not be trying to get up in the middle of the night ...

well rant over ... I do love him and I do care ... but ... I still think it is funny that he broke his foot trying to take off his jeans ...

What a bum ... claims he can't cut the grass cause his foot is broke ..... can you believe that ????

It sounds like he's feeling a bit better and that's good.

IO, I hope that you were able to get some sleep last night.

I ordered him a wheel chair today ... he is doing great ... but I will feel much better on the road knowing IO has another option to get him around easier ..

Well it took all day for them to deliver it ... but it finally got here. and we took the kid out to Long Horns for dinner ...

It was a nice dinner ... we even told them it was his birthday and he got his free desert ...

LOL ... and now I am in Margraretaville ... LOL ...

I'm glad that he's getting around better.

He doesn't look overly big or anything, and looks like he should be capable of turning his hand to anything if he puts his mind to it.
