I have been meaning to gather recipes from family and friends and get them printed and bound. My mom has an awesome flour tortilla recipe that I can only make when she is standing by me telling me...."a little of that....no not enough......thats right....ok.....no.....put some of this in there." Its the same recipe  my aunts and sisters make with ease......she is simply my crutch. I can only make picadillo when she watches me, too. Spanish rice, too. I get upset if anybody else stands by me when I cook..I feel violated and judged. Weirdo......I need my space.
 
I would imagine I would feel somfortable with Butter standing by me and guiding me while I cook. Like a cooking angel......
