Can't see good enough to make a determination. But as a general rule, a suspect can cover 25 feet before an officer can draw and fire the first round. He wasn't obeying commands. Threatening with a deadly weapon. All he had to do was drop the knife. I hope this dosn't turn into a racial issue.

4. True
5. It already has.
I totally agree with Blue's assesment;
.....the only thing I wonder is "Why so many rounds"?
......."Why everyone of the officers open fire at the same time"?
.....there must have been something happen that we can't see............why else would all the officers open fire at the same time.
This case needs to be investigated by some "outside" agency............perferable the Michigan Department of Investigation............NOT the Department of Justice because there is NO JUSTICE in a department run by Eric Holder.
Bottom line.....a man is dead, and his family needs to be told "why he was shot"........and "why he was shot 46 times"
