So while I'm home getting my back ground checks and being finger printed so I can get my

CDL renewed ....    I'm also going to get my gun permits renewed ...Georgia ....   I let them laps and figure it's a good time to fix that .... 

my new strategy for trucking with this old truck is to run short in the states close to home ....   and i need to figure which states i can remain legal in ..  and how to be legal in them ....

Any  suggestions where to start ...  it's been a while since i have looked into all of this ...

You should be able to get that info on line. OR law enforcement agencies in Georgia that issue the permit shoulkd be able to tell you what state will honor your Georgia permit.

OR you could contact the NRA.....they would have that info.

 Get something decent. There is no substitution for reliability when the shit hits the fan. You can get good and still go cheap.

I got that one back when pocket change meantI had 3 or 4 hundred in my pocket ... it was only a hundred bucks ... I never spend my change while I'm on the road and I figure in about three months ... i should have enough 2 - 3 hundred to buy something nice ... and I also figure that it has been over five years since i really picked up a weapon even to just look at it .... i probably need a refresher course just to keep things safe

When George Voinovich (R) was govenor he flatly refused to pass a concealed carry bill. But it eventually got done. There's is very similar to Florida's. Florida has a pretty good concealed carry law here. But then again, I can carry anywhere anyways.smile
