Well .... after much though ... I decided to try FEMA again ... money is just too good ....
But I'm going to try just running supplies in to the shuttle trucks instead of doing the actual shuttle work .....
SO I picked up a Cat generator last night to take into Jackson, MS ..... Almost made it to ..... Leaking diesel on a hot flat tire halfway across Alabama ....
Here I am waiting for some one to make a decision on the side of the road .... cause I ain't moving it .... nope ... no way .... don't like fire works that much .....

Picked trailer up in Greenville, SC. The trailer is a chasy with a container attached with generator inside no paperwork.
Stop in Carnesville, GA approximately 75 miles to check everything everything ok at this time.
Continued to Bucksville, AL fueled no signs of problem at this time. Took a break.
Did a walk around, and continued on in the morning approximately 45 miles.
Foresters, AL notices smoke from right rear inside tire. pulled off on exit ram 62 to a safe stopping place. Notices not only the flat tire, but a diesel leak from under generator spraying back on the hot smoking tire set out triangles, and bucket to catch leaking fuel and contacted agent.
After refusing several request from shipper and several techs to move the trailer leaking fuel on a hot flat tire, I contacted Landstar safety department and was told not to move the trailer until the fuel issue was resolved.
Numerous phone calls with the outcome the tire replaced and floor drain piped plugged. Tech could not access the generator in such a way as to complete any repair at this location.
Receiver refused generator per J. D. and Darryl their reason fuel leak could not be found and they did not want the unit. They said to return it to Greenville, SC. Turned around at exit 62 I20 in Alabama.
Agent notified. Kim was instructed to return to Greenville, SC.
Called Kent in Greenville to find out Holiday hours. They direct me to Mid America Engine, Warrior, AL. Arrived at shop approximately 2:15 PM.
Fuel had started dripping again and same tire flat again
At 3:15 Mr. Posey released me from the trailer leaving it at his shop. Agent notified and I was released and asked to make this report.
