Went for a drive around the Mississippi river bottoms. Storm came through, couple of nights ago, and it looked like it got a bit windy. I saw a lot of tree limbs down that weren't broken off, they were twisted off. A field of corn got hit pretty good.
Then I saw this tractor shed. I don't think the doors were meant to open like that.
About a mile past the shed, I saw something in the field. I thought it was a dog, until I stopped for some pics. It was an eagle.I think the storm may have injured a wing. I walked to within 10 ft. and he never moved. The locals had called the TWRA and they'll probably take it to Reelfoot Lake State Park's raptor rehab.
ah man ... looked like it was still alive ... but ... maybe shaken a little ... hope it can be taken care of and let back into the real world again ...
Great pics ... thanks for sharing
So Sniper ... how are you? ... what is up with you ...
