So ... we got this invert abed .... works wonders for the back .... and I've been doing a lot of working out lately so I thought I would jump on it and do some upside down crunches ....
It dawned on me ... as I was flying at a high rate of speed to the complete inverted position ... spit shooting out my nose ... That the last time the bed was used was a few months back when IO was rehabbing her back .... It was still set for her ....
Well ... there I landed ... upside down .. my head a bear half inch off the concrete basement floor .... laughing my ass off at my misfortune ... And what do I hear from across the room .....
IO ... in that same tone I've herd so many times before .... mumbling under her breath .... Dumb ass ..... and then she sees that I'm in pa rel and starts laughing her ass off at my pain and predicament ... I'm stuck there ... she has to help me back up ....
I'm not sure what it is ... but when that woman sees me all screwed up because I screwed some thing up ... she just loves to laugh at me...
It's not nice to laugh at people with dis abilities ... mine being simply the fact that I was born a man ... and as such ... subject to screw up on normal bases
Well it has been better, but i can't complain. I am doing better than most people so i am content. Almost finished with my degree and then i must go be a grown up and get a job. Baby and kids have been keeping me busy. I am going to post some pics in a bit of the little one, he sure is growing fast. He will be a year old in a month and it just doesn't seem possible.
