Finally today ... after loosing a weeks work waiting on the paper work I needed to go get it done .. I drive 70 miles to the nearest place that can do it to find out th what a joke it was .... Like I didn't already know
It turned out to be a insurance place .... the type that sells life insurance and such .... They had a couple of lab techs that take blood and urine samples look at my ID and take my fingerer prints ....
They told me that law enforcement didn't have the time to do it so they farmed it out to them .... Any one with a good fake ID could have walked in there and got it done ... as long as the name they used did not show up with a felony .. no problem ....
A friend of mine turned in his prints on a Tuesday afternoon ... the next Monday he had his clearance ... Thats six days including the time in the mail ...
I'm glad all you sucker moms feel safe .... Just not sure why you do with this set up ....
It's to get a hazardous materials endorsement on the license ....Supposedly ... Seen as I've been pulling this stuff for the last 25 years ..... now I might be some sort of threat ....
But they still have not answered my one question ..... Will the guy that knocks me over the head and steals my truck have a background check ...????
