IO ... Is not a morning person ... not by a long shot ... But I never knew how much so till this morning ...
On the way to get me a hair cut this morning ... we stop at our favorite breakfast restaurant .... It's a cafeteria style place with some awesome food ....
So IO was ahead of me just a bit in line fixing her coffee .... And I hear this cop ask her if she wanted some coffee with that sugar ....
Evidently .... her brain took a break just after she started pouring the sugar .....
Good thing there was a bunch of cops there to protect and serve .....
I asked her how sweet her coffee was ... and all she would say is sweet enough .....
In her defense though .... it was her first cup of coffee for the morning
Oh, I bet the police officer was just extremely attractive and she was distracted. Good Looks and guns do that to women , you know. He had to be wearing boots; I probably would have just poured the sugar in my mouth.

I don't like to get up early either. But I do love going for breakfast. At least I did before I stopped eating yummy breakfast foods.
Every time I see commericals for the new flavor pancakes at IHOP - pumpkin, cheesecake and carrot cake - I'm so tempted to try them. But for me, one taste can become an addiction.
I can get by with oatmeal though, as long as they have good stuff to put in it.
Talking about pancakes ... last year when we were on FEMA ... one of the drivers made some banana pancakes ... and SU said they were better than steak ... he would not give up the recipe ...
