I wish some one would fix the system ... or leave it the fuck alone .....

Group sues the D O T a couple years back to change the driving rules

D O T forced to change them

group decides they don't like the changes so they sue again

New numbers come out last week showing a 4 % decrease in fatalities .... biggest jump ever ...

Judge decides to vacate the new rules because some one forgot to cross o T or dot an I

So now in less the 52 days .... the rules change again .... or wait .... maybe they stay the same .... or .... fuck ..... who the hell knows .....

But it doesn't matter any way .....

another board just changed the medical requirements .... so how many drivers will be gone cause of that change ....

fuck it .... If y'all want groceries ..... haul ass and pick them up your selves ... I'm tired of jumping through hoops for no fucking good reason except to make some dumb ass sucker mom feel safe and secure ......

end of rant ... try me later ... maybe I'll be in a better mood ...... maybe .....

nice pic Kat .... thanks ....

Well ... what do you know ... Some one actually listened ....

Remember my rant on being forced to join the activities of the ATA or loose my CDL .....
Well I bitched and moaned time and time again to the political morons that run my state ....

I Finlay got one guy to ask some questions and today surfing around I find this............................................................................................

Mandatory Highway Watch provision canceled in GA

Truckers in Georgia soon will no longer have to take a one-hour training session on homeland security to get or renew their CDL.

The Highway Watch program, which is funded with tax dollars, consists of a short classroom session or a video or audio presentation followed by the issuance a Highway Watch ID card. Its administered by the American Trucking Association.

In June 2006, Gov. Sonny Perdue signed into law a measure requiring truckers to participate in the Highway Watch program.

But a new law, just signed by Perdue, drops that requirement. It takes effect Jan. 1, 2008.
According to the DHS grant and training office, the funding for ATAs Highway Watch program is estimated to total $56.7 million since 2003.
