I've never had one, but I'd imagine that you need to see an otolaryngologist.
OOh..big word.....sounds like an ear, nose and throat doctor. Why do they make that so difficult to say? The people who are in need of a specialist such as that sound pretty nasaly at times due to ear , throat and or nose problems...you think they would have made that easier to say. I think they just wantto lagh at us .....
Thanks Butter bones.....

My son has one and I believe he went to what BC said. I don't think anything ever came of it though. They may have suggested surgery, but in the end I don't think we did anything. He wasn't having that much trouble with it.
I may look into it....I have problems with breathing through my nose even when stuff I am not allerguc is not roaming about...plus, I have been snoring a lot...2 pillows helps, but hubby has been waking me up a lot because he say he thinks I cant breathe.....probably more like he thinks I sound like a wood chiper or something.
I am on little sleep most of the time and I think it may be due to breathing probs more that my daughter waking me up to tell me there are aliens from Mars in her room. Night rainbows keep the monsters away and we have those every night.....so its aliens now. Good grief.

I tend to get congested a lot at this time of year. I went to an otolaryngologist who said that surgery could help, but it doesn't bother me that much.
