When Pensacola, FL officially changes their clock back at 2 am .... it is in the central time zone and it becomes 1 am again ... (the city and state on the East-cost) ... Ontario,OR has not officially changed there time yet ... with them being in the Mountain time zone it is 1 am there ...(the city and state on the West-cost). Therefore it is 1 am in a state that is on the East-coast and it is also 1 am in a state on the West-coast.
